Return and Refund Policy

In cases of exchanges for defects in the original product, we will send the replacement piece(s) once we have received the original returned item. There will not be a shipping charge for this exchange. All items must be in original condition and show no signs of use, and must be returned in original vendor packaging.

For international returns, any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, taxes and all other charges paid on return shipments are solely of your responsibility. In the event you refuse your package, only the purchase price will be refunded.

All costs, duties, fees, or taxes are your responsibility and will not be refunded to you.

In Malaysia, if the recipient refuses delivery of an item purchased at www.maxisafesupply.com.my, all charges shall be your responsibility and Maxisafe may charge you for any additional charges. In the event that purchases are not delivered to you due to a mistake on Maxisafe’ part, Maxisafe will completely refund you or send the item to you again without extra charge when the item is still available, whichever you prefer.

Please note that you are responsible for entering your correct address. If you enter the incorrect address and do not notify us before the order is ship, Maxisafe cannot refund your purchase. If we send you items that you did not order, we will refund you for cost of the outgoing postage and packing on those individual items, once you send them back to us.

Request for refunds or exchanges must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. Maxisafe will not refund after such date for any reason whatsoever.

In cases of buyer’s remorse, request for refunds must be made within 2 days of purchase. All items must be in original condition (if new, must be unopened) and show no signs of use, and must be returned in original vendor packaging.

Upon receiving the item(s) an inspection will be carried out to determine the condition. If accepted, the refund will be made subject to a restocking fee of RM50. If the item isn’t accepted for a refund, then you may exchange it for another of the same or higher value (top up required) subject to the restocking fee of RM50.
